Welcome to Phi Sigma Chapter’s Website. Our chapter’s goals are to uplift our community through dedicated service which began over 70 years ago.

We proudly state that the goals for the next two years include:  Reaching Inward, Upward, and Outward.  We also intend to build on the foundation of our Founders’ legacy of providing opportunities; privileges; teach responsibility; claim and protect our inheritance as members of this organization while we undertake to provide services to the Washington, D.C. community. It is our goal to provide all of these qualities to our members and the D.C. community as we promote positive leadership in all areas of our chapter. Greater Service, Greater Progress!
