Debutante Scholarship Cotillion
The Debutante Presentation was the creative idea of the late Mrs. Sylvia C. Jones (Basileus, 1960-1962). She realized that many outstanding girls in our city needed training during their senior year of high school, in good grooming, poise, walking and dance, to round out thier individual personalities before going into the world of work. Soror Jones departed this life on September 12, 1996. We will be forever grateful to her for the creation of the Debutante Scholarship Cotillion.
